Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated X-ray Technician to join our medical imaging team. As an X-ray Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate diagnostic evaluations through the use of medical imaging technology. Duties:
- Perform X-ray scans on patients using specialized equipment
- Position patients correctly to obtain the necessary images
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including X-ray machines and related technology
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine appropriate imaging techniques for specific cases
- Review and analyze images for quality and accuracy
- Maintain detailed records of patient information, procedures performed, and results obtained
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience as an X-ray Technician or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in performing X-ray scans, including general radiography and specialized procedures such as mammography, CT scans, PET scans, and sonography
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical imaging principles
- Familiarity with medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation processes
Requirements:
- Valid certification as an X-ray Technician
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

SCHEDULE DETAILS: Open at 7:15 and can work as late as 6pm at night. 8:30 am late shift start time. Could be one is 10 hour and one 6 hours, Will keep at 40 hours. 1 every 4-6 weeks on a Saturday- 8:45-2:30 depends on patient volume
Will float between OH offices-will have notice 1 week in advance of where they'll be each week
